FaSt command line brute force dictionary creator
steps to use-
1-first of all you need to download this shit, you can get it from here :-
http://www.2shared.com/file/6uua2kGT/dict.html
Scan from nvt:
http://scanner2.novirusthanks.org/analys...jdC1yYXI=/
2- un-pack the RaR file to a location of your choice and you should be left with a folder called dict
3 -to use this tool you have to open up the command prompt,if you are unfamiliar with this then go to you start button and then type cmd into the search bar
Then you are going to use the command prompt to browse to the directory where you unpacked the folder called dict.
for example:- if i downloaded this to \users\downloads\dict
then i would just write:- cd \users\downloads\dict
and this will take me straight to the directory i need to be in.
4-again from the cmd prompt in the same director you are going to have to type:- dict.exe -int
and this will start the program
to start with it will ask you basic questions like:-
-Password character set:
Include lowercase characters[a...z]-26 chars-(Y/N)?:
basically all you have to do is enter y for yes or n for no.see itz not really that hard is it LoL
then onto the word generation mode which will look like this:-
-Word generation scheme mode:
[1] - Set a MIN and MAX number of characters in words
[2] - Set a STARTING and ENDING word
Select generation mode[1...2]:
basically just enter 1 or two and the fill out what you need
it will then ask you if what you wanted to save it as..example :- wpa.txt
the next two options just choose number 2 for the first and number 3 for the last one which is called wordlist viewing mode.number 3 chooses not to view the words at all while they are been made which is of course the fastest no matter what type of comp you are using.
the output files i find are way too big so a resume function and a compress function might of been handy.oh yeah the dictionary file is saved in the dict directory.if the file gets too big to open with an editor, which it will the you can just use a program called gsplit which can be downloaded free from the net.all this does is split the files into how ever many pieces you want and whatever size you want.
and that wraps up the first basic tutolrial for anything i have written on here....
ps if anybody could debug this and add a resume function and a compress function it may be a hell of alot more usefull and maybe on the same par as crunch in backtrack
